We had a burst pipe and this was discovered Sunday morning

We had a burst pipe and this was discovered Sunday morning. I called the emergency number and within an hour the plumber was there to repair and get the water running again again. The agent called me at 5pm to follow up if everything was in order which I thought was a special touch and not something she had to do but she did and this clearly demonstrated her commenitment. The next day the assessors were there to asses the damage and by Wednesday the claim was paid out and new floors were in by Friday. What great hassle free service which I am grateful for.
