We experienced a power surge

We experienced a power surge. It damaged my fridge and a TV. I contacted Outsurance, got the ball rolling on a claim, submitted the reports to prove the validity of the claim, and within 3 days I was told the fridge will be delivered. The fridge couldn’t fit, so Outsurance paid me out instead. I shopped a new fridge that fits, the TV was delivered and all ended well.
