We experienced a burst geyser with associated damage on a weekend, as we're in an outlying area, we contacted a local registered plumber to assess & quote for replacement.. I contacted Outsurance via the website & started a claim. Within a very short time I received a notification telling me who the person handling the claim would be,from then on it was plain sailing ! & within a couple of weeks everything was replaced, , repaired & the claim paid & finalised. Professional, prompt, efficient & very friendly ! A great company to deal with .
