We deserve better treatment because we clients we paying

My wife is heavily pregnant she can give birth anytime from now. morethan a week ago 3 guys came in the house with her when she was coming from the shop. they took almost everything at home after showing her a gun. we opened a case then submitted to the insurance. they asked for pictures of the stuff proof of payment for those bought recently. That is fine I understand but now they are asking for lot of things that we dont have. I dont think anyone keeps receipt from 2018 for a TV. we have vidoes and pictures of different days in the house showing the stuff but still they say that is not the proof. where must we get the proof. They asking us stupid question why did we cover less but our things worth more? we took cover we can afford. Do all these questions asked from white people or people staying in suburbs? why are they accepting cover from us? we being drilled with questions but we victims why? all my gifts for my unborn baby are gone how we gonna prove all of that beside baby shower pictures? can these companies treat us equally because we also paying money here or don't let us take insurance once this is nonsense .
