We are with Outsurance for atlease 6 years. We have decided to buy a new car. I contacted Outsurance to find out new premium on our new car and and and. A fellow named Simon contacted me and was very helpfull i have asked him to contact me again the next day as everything was not finalised with the dealership. And as true as Bob Simon phoned me back precisely 24 hrs later and made all the nessasery arrangements and transition so easy and professional that i was truly amazed. Taking a lot of stress of my shoulders to make sure everything is sorted out. In 6 years we never had a problem and if it was a claim or just a simple question i was always helped with extreme professionalism and care. Well done Outsurance you have a client for life just keep up your good work and honour your word and you as a company will last many many years. And again a huge thank you to Simon for your help
