We are waiting for an assessor

My nephew's house burnt halfway the early hours of the morning, we were promised that the buildings insurance assessor (Patrick) will be coming, we are still waiting. The house is exposed and the s**** carts are riding up and down and by now all the help we had since this morning has gone home. My poor nephew can't eat or rest, because no matter how much we ask him to relax, he can't until he gets info from the assesor.
