Way to Go OUT(of stress)Durance. Amazing

OUTsurance for me stands for Outstanding-Super-Sure. I've never used this company before and I've been watching the Ads of OUTsurance everywhere, at the cinema, on my DStv, on streets, I even saw their logo whenever the traffic lights are off and those heroes in green are there to assist. Only when I was about to purchase a new car I submitted my details online and in less than 10 seconds (6 to be precise) I've received a call from an OUTsurance angel. Her name is Fatima Jamal. If I have to teach my students at Wits or in hospitals what is PROFESSIONALISM, then I should use Fatima Jamal and OUTsurance as an example. Not only she managed to assist me during the ending office hours on FRIDAY, her spirits, humbled attitude and outstanding knowledge made me have no option but to sign immediately with OUTsurance. And even when I asked for my policy to only be achieved on the following Monday, "no problems" she said. She phoned me Monday morning and like a champ she excuted my request at no time. Despite the fact that I had to cancel my policy few days from been activated due to car dealer issue, I am a big fan and in tire love of OUTsurance. Thank you for hiring people like Fatima and others (lady who assisted me in cancellation policy). You really made me believe that True, honest, professional and transparent business does exist and has a name .... OUTsurance ... A name to trust.
