Water Leak Damage

I live on the 1st floor in a Retirement Village. A got up at about 10:30 and my passage floor felt wet. I looked up at the ceiling and there was a small leak of water coming down slowly. It fell onto my Beautiful Unit damaging it and the books, files and documentation were ruined. The leak did not last long. I tried to salvage anything by trying to wipe them and put them on towels. No one new were the mysterious leak was coming from. As I needed to replace the damages I contacted my Insurer OUTSURANCE. The staff were awesome, efficient and friendly. They all worked together and in a few days my claim was settled. I really hope this leak doesn't happen again.Thank you OUTSURANCE and staff I would highly recommend your company.
