Wasting Your Time with their R400 **** promise
These outsurance guys got me good. They phoned me, promised me to do a quick quote and then give me R400 back if they couldn't beat my existing premium on short term insurance. It took more than an hour to bumble through the quote, they cam out like R1,000 more than my current quote. I was frustrated, but at least i had R400 to look forward it. They then send me a link to upload my existing schedule that didn't work. I finally got through to someone on email who requested my current schedule - she went through it and had some technical tweaks and suddenly the vehicle portion now comes out R19 less so no more R400 either. Just stole an hour of my time and gave me a bunch of grumpyness. Save yourself and don't fall for their R400 always get something back ****.

Sorry for the disappointment. Refilwe our promotion manager went through the quotation in detail with you versus your current insurance schedule. There were many underwriting changes done to ensure we did a like for like comparison and hence our premium was cheaper.
