Waste of money
Don't waste your time with Outsurance's Pet Insurance. Their policy includes a line item for Vet Visits, but as soon as you try to claim a vet visit you can't because they only approve claims that have a diagnosis, even though the policy has separate cover for illness and accidents. They also only cover a fraction of medication and procedures, even with the "extra" options.
Their home content cover is just as terrible where the excess for items can be more than their value, forcing you to pay out of pocket. Why have insurance at all then?
