Was investigating Pet insurance. I was still on the site reading the brochure when I received a call from a very informed agent. Based on his knowledge and professionalism I could make an informed decision immediately. Been with Outsurance for many years but have never had to claim and hopefully that process when it happens will be as smooth as when I take new products.
