WALKING THE EXTRA MILE

<p>ERNEST MASHASHA YOU'RE SIMPLY THE BEST! from the bottom of my heart I say Thank you to OUTSURANCE and ERNEST MASHASHA for the way they handle my latest claim. i was devistated last week when we experience a total engine failure on a clients vehicle where we just complete an engine overhaul. untill now this failure is a mistery and there is no reason why this had happened. nethertheless we have to fix the problem which means another overhaul. i called OUTSURANCE, but in my heart there was no hope, as I had a claim in December for theft, which OUTSURANSE also settle. they appoint . MUHAU MOKOENA assist me and register my claim whereafter they appoint ERNEST MASHASHA as the assessor. he understood the urgency of my problem and the very next day he was at the workshop to assess. this is the most desent person I've met in a long time. while he was taking care of his companies interest, he understood my problem and was so helpful and make all of us at ease. he assure us that he will try to put us back on the same level as before the failure. AND HE DID!!! my claim was settle today and it is with happiness in my heart that I can say OUTSURANCE YOU ARE THE BEST! you do not just talk the talk, but you walk the walk for your clients! also can OUTSURANCE be very proud of ERNEST MASHASHA who cares so much for his clients! thank you OUTSURANCE and ERNEST MASHASHA, you come to our rescue when we need you most.</p>
