<p>after my claim was declined 3 weeks ago, I asked was very unhappy and send my complaints to the complaint department who submitt my claim again and STEFAN BURGER, who is in a authority position at the claims department, revite my claim. for 3 days he kept me informed of the progress.</p> <p>this morning he phoned me with the good news, that although there is no claim, regarding the shedules and records, OUTSURANCE are going to help me with an ex gratia claim, to recover some of my lost.</p> <p>how gratefull I am!
