Waiting over 2 weeks for goods from insurance claim
<p>My home was broken into on the 6th May 2016. Outsurance settled my claim the very next day. They use a company by the name of Photostaa aka Ulteam Innovantez to fulfill their insurance claims. I was contacted by Photostaa and paid the necessary excess in order for them to proceed with the claim. It's now been over 2 weeks and I still haven't received my goods. They were meant to deliver part of the goods today 25th May 2015, but conveniently haven't pitched.</p>

It was most concerning to see how long you have been waiting for our service provider to deliver the items claimed for.
We immediately contacted our service provider who confirmed they made several attempts to deliver the goods to no avail and provided us with the detail hereof.
Mbali from our claims department tried to reach you to discuss their feedback and also arrangements we need to make to ensure the goods are delivered successfully.
We will appreciate if you could respond to her as soon as possible.
