WAISTING 12 YEARS PREMIUM
I had policy for 12 long years never been in a car accident only hit a tree now all of a sudden premie R533 that full Insurance addidtional car with engine all now all off a sudden premie increased to R870 rand whereby i had to pay myself R4000 for car to to fix after hittig a tree and my boot can not closed therefore i had to claim? And best i got them new client Wereby they SAID within 15 days they will give me R400. Really????? So goodbye outsurance welcome new one seem i wasyed 12 years on a Insurance if you claim your premium will double which they never said.

It was disappointing to see how you experienced our service after so many years.
Although you mention i previous claim, previous claims will have an effect on the annual rerate, and we notice more than 1 claim was submitted and settled for just this past rerate period. These contributed to the higher than average increase.
Our client care manager was unsuccessful in his many attempts to call you, and since you have since reversed your latest premium, we cancelled your policy and an email notification was sent to you.
We sadly also did not have the opportunity to discuss the settlement amount you question on one of your vehicle accident claims. Please feel free to return our client care manager's call should you wish for us to discuss the matter further.
