VW Caddy 2021 - No ETA for parts or repairs
My car was in an accident on 22/10/2022 and towed to a panel beater in Mossel Bay. After a few days the claim for repairs was approved on 26/10/2022. Almost a month later I was told by the panel beaters that the car hasn't been worked on yet and that a part is on back order so I would only likely get the car after the Dec/Jan holidays around 10th February. This in itself is unacceptable. Today I was informed by Outsurance that said part now has NO ETA... I realise that the part issue is not that of Outsurance per se, but the panel beater on their panel is shocking and therefore Outsurance is shocking. I really don't know what to do next. VW Caddy 2021 with less than 24 000Km on the clock, bought new.

We are truly sorry about the ling time it is taking to ensure your vehicle is repaired and returned to you.
Our claims manager has been trying to contact you, but was not successful. In the interim, please be assured we are in contact with the repairers and will provide you with more specific feedback regarding the back order on the parts outstanding.
