A lady reversed into the back of my car. Outsurance Made me aware that although not my fault I would have to pay the \\excess\whilst the legal department dealt with the 3rd party. To my surprise I received a call from Outsurance notifying me that they were successful with the recovery of the money from the other party and that they would be reimbursing me for the \\\"\"excess\\\"\".<br> Thank you Outsurance you \\\"\"vowed\\\"\" me as I was not counting on this.\"\"\""
