victimised and harrased emotionally by Outsurance

I was high-jacked at gun point on the 1st April15. For my luck it was all on camera. Outsurance intervened 5 days later only. Since then I have been drilled with questions which have nothing to do with the incident and my privacy has been invaded in the most horrible manner.The assessor even took pictures of my private messages to my husband ..I was forced to watch the footage of incident(rewind-play rewind play)so he can confirm my car was driving. I feel emotionally harassed and victimised.I have been through 4 assessors which at each take you need to start from 0.My car (range rover evoque)was a gift from my husband.Legally bought and insured with outsurance after the control check from their company and tracker installation.I live in S.Africa things happen. I was high-jacked I was paying an insurance company nearly R1700.00 so can be cover in case of an incident and not have to worry NOT TO BE HARRASED AND EMOTIONALLY ABUSED.<br> They are questioning whether my car existed whether it was driving and how much it cost to buy. When I insured my car I drove it to the control tracker saw my car and no one asked me when I insured it the cost price so Why now? I just want to move on !!
