Victim of accident damage

On the date of 06/03/2018 I was bumped by a client of Outsurance. He admitted to guilt on the scene and a accident report was made the same day. It's been 2 months now and I have still not received any feedback from outsurance regarding settling the costs for the damages of my car. I have only one vehicle and could not bare the inconvenience of being without one. I then had the vehicle fixed myself. The damage included front bumper damage incl headlights and left fender. My starter wires were also damaged and it affected my computer box. Its a 2006 Golf 1 velocity that was in pristine condition with no faults. I expect a full refund on the costs to fix my vehicle.
