victim of a crime - Outsurance does not care!!!
It is extremely disappointing to be a victim of a crime and be turned down by your trusted insurance due to the methods app**** by the perpetrators that does not meet the insurance criteria!!! If you are a victim of your car having been broken into by means of your remote being jumped, beware, Outsurance will not pay because there is no visible forced entry. The areas has cameras thou and I have got a police case number, but that means noting to Outsurance. There is now claim.

Our claims manager contacted you and discussed you do not have cover for OUT and About items. You did request a quote from us in June, but decided not to take out the cover.

There was no full explanation regarding any cover of things I carry around like a lipstick that I have to cover.
Subsequently, I have requested from the claims manager to have my policy cancelled with Outsurance effective 1 September 2022.
