Very very dissapointed in Outsurance !!

I have always given Outsurance a 5 star rating but no more. They might be the best company out there but I will not be cheated.

I have just received a letter to say my premium will be increasing by more than R1100 this year. It is absolutely ludicrous. Some people don't even pay that much for their entire premium.

I am very angry as I was given a cheaper rating elsewhere but decided to stay with Outsurance. I was a fool as they lowered the premium to match my needs and wanted to keep me as a client and hardly a few months later they put the premium up by a ludicrous amount of R1100. I didn't even lodge a claim. Who does business like this. Absolute nonsense !

I am very dissapointed. It seems as if we have to pay for the effect that Covid has left on the economy.

Totally unacceptable !!
