Very Unhappy with Outsurance!!!

My car was damaged a few weeks ago, i drive a Mini Cooper 2007 Model. My bonnet and bumper had to be fixed/replaced which they were.

My car went in there with 2 black stripes on the bonnet, to give it a sporty look, which a lot of Mini Coopers have, i went and collected my car last weekend and the bonnet was empty. I asked the panel beaters about the stripes and they told me they would have to get approval from the insurance to replace them.

The insurance has declined this because the car does not come with the stripes from the factory. How is that my fault, my car went in there with the stripes and i expect it to come back with the stripes!

When i first accepted the insurance, leaving First For Women which i had no issues with, i was told to go to PG Glass for an assessment, it should've been included then that my car has stripes on the bonnet!

I am so upset because they expect to to pay for that after paying an access of R4210! I will be leaving Outsurance and will tell everyone who is willing to listen not to take out the insurance with them!!!
