Very Unhappy Client

I have been a client with Outsurance for approx. 15 years. We had a u huge storm and Outsurance had no problem helping and guiding us through the claim. Good service received from them unfortunately not this time.

My son was involved in a third-party motor car accident. 2 vehicled collided opposite him and one of those vehicles rolled onto my car. He was not the guilty party. He was stationary at a red robot.. My son was taken to the accident scene by Outsurance to explain exactly what happened at the scene even though we showed Outsurance the pictures that was taken of the accident. They also have the Accidenr Report from which the Police on scene filled in. My son’s friends, neighbours and daughter had nothing to do with the accident was questioned by Outsurance. My privacy feels invaded by Outsurance asking questions to all the people. It feels like I am involved in a ******** case. All my son’s friends phoning him and ask him why is Outsurance phoning them and asking all these questions.

It is already being a week and according to Outsurance they only half way through the claim. How long does a motor car accident claim takes to resolve? It feels as if Outsurance is dragging this claim for unknown reasons. I have been paying this insurance on this vehicle for approx. 7 years, since the vehicle is new. We have never had an accident claim.

This is poor service from Outsurance and I hope this will be resolved soon.
