Very poor service when it comes to claims

Been months since my accident with the taxi.. claims department was vv fast to deduct my access on the promise that I will b refunded once they get hold of the taxi association.. to date hav not received any form of communication from the claims department. Vvv bad service.. outsurance is horrible!!!
