Very poor service from OUTsurance.

I have been with OUTsurance for 13years now, with minor claims in between. Last year in November after the hail storm,my roof, solar panels for the pool as well as windows were affected. The roof claim was rejected by the assessor, who was unpleasant. I had to kick & scream for the solar panels to be replaced in January this year.The windows are still not fixed and they are ignoring my emails. I am looking to change my insurance as their service is very poor. They keep on increasing the rates annually by way over 20%. I would not recommend it to anyone. I wonder why they have adverti*****ts all over the radio etc, when their service is this bad.
