Very poor service

Took out a policy with them Self inspection app doesn't work at all Only option is to drive way out to get to an inspection center I lodged a complaint but of course this was ignored I tried to cancel the policy but there is nobody available to take my call Really bad service and they have this couldn't care less attitude to make it worse Biggest mistake I ever made was to get involved with outsurance
