Very pleased with Nonte Nojinxa from Outsurance

Nonte was on duty when I first of all had to ask for assistance with flat tyre-M/B spare tyre needs short lock-nuts but standard wheel requires long lock-nuts and I had only long wheel nuts-Nonte arranged for towing company and then checked up on me to see that everything was okay.<br> Fixed the flat, then handbrake locked up, immobilising vehicle-Nonte again came to the rescue arranging a tow for my car from where I was stuck to my home, called later to check that all was well.<br> First time that I could really say that a call centre person has taken the time to follow up after providing a service, for which she needs to be acknowledged.
