Very pleasantly surprised. We took our household contents insurance in December, and found the whole process very simple and painless.

Then 3 or 4 days later Eskom decided to blow up our dishwasher (one month outside of its warranty).

We didn't expect much, but thought we'd contact Outsurance to find if we could claim.

Big surprise! It took them a couple of weeks to assess the claim etc, but they replaced the dishwasher with no arguments or quibbles.
