Very Helpful & Pleasant

I have had the luck of dealing with Mario and two separate occasions for two different reasons and have found him to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and has a very pleasant attitude. I have never dealt with a call centre assistant at anytime that has been anywhere near as good as Mario!
