Very happy with the service altho I do feel in fairness to the consultant, there should be a little more training on the unsual scenarios that may arise
Very happy with the service altho I do feel in fairness to the consultant, there should be a little more training on the unsual scenarios that may arise. The standard claim situations are very well dealt with however the slightly unusual non standard claims are a little challenging to communicate
