Very *********** employees of Outsurance

On 14 September a drunk lady who works for Outsurance in Centurion bumped my parked car and ran to her apartment. I found her boyfriend on the accident scene. The boyfriend said her girlfriend was very drunk so let's talk about it the following morning. The following morning at about 9am, I sent a whatsapp to the lady asking her that we should go to the Police Station. She said she was still asleep we should at least go at 12 noon. Around 10 her boyfriend said they were at the police station already , I should not come because there is no need for me. I quickly rushed to the Police Station because I knew I was needed only to find that they wanted to change the accident time and said it happened on the 15th in the morning. The reason they said her insurance would suspect she was drunk if they reported that the accident happened at night. The lady then said I must not do anything like claiming on my insurance she will sort out the claim process for both cars because she works for Outsurance. The lady kept on saying the legal department fromOutsurance would contact me and that did not happen. I ended up taking to myself and contacted them. They requested some documents I kept on sending same documents without any response. Outsurance did not take my claim seriously they just focus on that of their client/employee. I got frustrated and decided to ask my insurance Auto &General to assist me in repairing my car. Which is something I should have done in the beginning had this lady not manipulated me.
