Very effecient administration.As a pensioner I am constantly looking to see how I can cut my monthly premiums .The staff are always happy to explore options with me .There are cheap insurance options in the market place but the acid test is how they respond to a claim .I feel confident with Outsurance that they wont duck and dive when it comes to paying out .
