Very disappointed in outsurance.

Im not happy with the service i got from outsurance. 1st : i had to wait 30min for the assessor( we had a set time), then they had the oudasity to tell me that they waited inside the building for me, but the assessor parked his car right next to me and did the assessment.

2nd: the place that is "outsurance approved " to do the repair work in my car, took 2 days longer with the repair work..

3rd: when i got my car back, it still had damage on, and more problems than it had before it went in for repairs...

Now im stuck without a car for the weekend.. i only found out at 16:00 that i wont be getting my car back from the body shop.. they dont have a courtesy car to give me...

I will only get my car back on tuesday.. What must i do now?? How must i get to work on monday??

Phoned outsurance , only to be told that they will only be able to help me on monday.. but its not guaranteed..
