Very disappointed
Been with them for over 12 years, missed two payments and received sms to say my account was terminated, did not receive any sms regarding outstanding payments nor a call, when I called to make payment they said my policy was cancelled, mind u that the policy I had was due to pay out😡😡😡 basically they did not warn me cause they knew it was due to pay out 12 plus years never missed a payment
