Very disapointed with OUTSURANCE

I am very disappointed in Outsurance. I always thought that they are one of the best insurances out there but due to recent events, my opinion has drastically changed. Let me tell you why. My father passed away recently and he had Life Insurance with Outsurance. Every month his premiums was paid without any difficulty but now that he is not here anymore and a claim has been submitted, now we see the true colours of Outsurance. There is one excuse after another as to not pay out the claim although we have been very cooperative from our side. Why is it so difficult? Isn't it enough that we lost a family member and trying to pick up the pieces of our lives? Do we really have to keep struggling? Outsurance, I really thought you were better than that.
