Very Bad Experience

I did an enquiry on the website about life insurance. Mikyle Moloo called me this morning to do a quote everything went well until he told me the premium for R1,400 when I told him to please send me the quote via email because I need to run it passed my husband he became incredibly rude and asked me why I need to speak to my husband since I will be paying. He told me I am the one who asked for the quote and he doesnt understand why I am not taking it up. I think the way he spoke to me was rude and him putting undue pressure was wrong. I was under the impression that getting a quote was obligation free, or am I wrong?
