Very bad customer service
Disgusted by the customer service at OutSurance. I asked for a quote, was pressured into opening a policy I did not want. When I tried to cancel the policy, I was met with condescension and ***ism by multiple different operators. Managed to get it cancelled in the end but only after having to raise my voice. Very disappointed.
