Very bad and poor service

Hi, I had hail damage to my vehicle which was repaired by VDS panelbeaters in Krugersdorp by instruction from Outsurance. They took photos on assessment of the damage and did a really good job of fixing the damage. However, when I got the vehicle back I saw that the right back tail light (which was also damaged by the hail) was never replaced. I phoned VDS and spoke to Robert who told me he'll speak to the assessor at Outsurance. I didn't hear anything and about a week later called again. Robert told me Outsurance wanted photos which I supp****. Two weeks later I must learn that they are not going to replace the light because it wasn't part of the damage. I am furious because when you have damage you expect everything to be repaired when you pay R4000 excess. I'm going to take this further. The claim no was ********** 86 and the person Robert spoke to was Francina at ********** 354
