Vendor gave poor service

Used Outsurance help@out. Outaurance service itself is very good, however, I had a plumbing problem and they called out Designer Plus to do a fix. Designer plus came in and claimed they did a temporary fix, charged me R50 for a part and askes me if I saw the part yet it was not shown to me by them, but advised I needed to replace the pipes - to which I made an arrangement with my own plumber to come in on saturday. When designer plus finished the work in the roof, they didnt come in to check if it still leaked, as the leak had continued. This is poor service, and feel I was charged for a part that didnt satisfy the temporary fix they claimed to do. Upon confronting them, they just denied, etc, and said they told me to replace the pipe, but werent willing to apologise or give me a satisfatory ans true answer on what temporary fix they did. In a conference call with them and outsurance, they ended of just brushing off the issue by advising a claim be logged. Outsurance, please dont use the services of a company like this. It gives you a bad name.
