Vehicle was in a accident, contacted OUTurance via phone once, tow in was arranged and they were very helpful, sympathetic and handled all involved with real kindness. I then used the OUTsurance app to lodge my claim. Never had to phone again, was contacted regularly and updated as the process unfolded. Wonder full friendly service from all the agents. The OUTsurance assessor John here in Cape Town was absolutely tremendous, OUTsurance should give him a medal for his level of professionalism, enthusiasm and extremely diligent in his assessments and follow up. I had a fantastic experience. Vehicle was uneconomical to repair. Finance house was settled and my pay out was done in what I believe was a very quick time indeed. Well done to the whole Team. What is normally a tedious process became an absolute pleasure. Only misgiving I have.......lost my OUT bonus through another *********** driver. Will definitely insure the replacement vehicle at OUTsurance again.
