Vehicle repairs
I’m dissatisfied about the service I’m getting from your repair shop @KZN Panel beaters. They took my car on the 25th of November and to date I haven’t received my car back. I’m being given the run around and every communication thereafter I’ve initiated it

Our claims manager contacted you with an apology for the major inconvenience of being without your vehicle for a period longer than initially anticipated. She explained we had to allow the service provider to attend to the repairs according to manufacturer standards. The repairs have since been concluded and we thank you for your understanding.
