Vehicle Paint Delamination

At the end of 2010 I had to repaint my entire vehicle through Chako (OUT panel beater) due to poor workmanship of a previous OUT panel beater. After ? 2 years the clear coat on my vehicles bonnet starting to peal. I took my vehicle back to OUT. They sent me back to Chako. After a few frustrating weeks and lots of arguments with Chako they decided to take responsibility for their poor workmanship and repainted the bonnet. At the time I showed the OUT Assessor&Chako other parts which also started to peal. They ignored me. In April 2015 I took my vehicle back due to more parts pealing. A senior OUT assessor G Griesel inspected my vehicle the first time. He submitted reports to OUT to indicate poor workmanship by Chako. OUT ignored his reports. Chako&PPG handed in a report to OUT to acquit them from any wrong doing or poor workmanship. J v Staden @ OUT only considered the Chako/PPG report and closed my complaint.
