Vehicle damages

<p>My vehicle was ****** between the night of 27th and the morning of 28th February 2016. later the following week on Thursday, people from outsurance called and told me that it was recovered and it was at Boksburg Police station. A guy or assesor named Andre from Outsurance was send to asses any damages to my vehicle and it was found that the vehicle had no vesible damages only the keys were missing and it was locked. Andre organised towing for the vehicle to be moved to Boksburg SMD were my vehicle was scratched. The guys admitted fault that the vehicle was indeed damaged in their yard but now they are refusing to fix or compesate me so that I can fix my vehicle. I feel like both parties, Boksburg SMD and Outsurance are protecting each other because no-one is willing to take responsibility regarding the solution to this matter. Please advice </p>
