Vehicle claim

I am very dissatisfied with outsurance,when I see the name even on the billboards I got stomach gramps or palpitations. I am about to lose myself due to outsurance,I use my car to go work and run home errands but what outsurance is doing after my claim treating me like I am asking for a favor from them it pains me as I have been a veri loyal client to them for the past 4 years,paying close to 20 000,they take me from pillar to post as a result I have called asking to speak to Mr marthinus van aswagen he doesn't pick my calls and he doesn't return my calls...all he want is to write off my car,I have given them the quatation from a very reasonable panelbeater but they still push it away...I feel hopeless and I am in no position to lose my car
