Vehicle Claim

<p>We have been with them since 2012</p> <p>Never claimed</p> <p>Now one of my son's friends took the car and bashed it</p> <p>Car was towed and written og by Outsurance</p> <p>Driver did open Accident report at Wierdabrug Police station where he wrote in statement he took car without permission. Johan from Outsurance is now the Claims facilitator and has been rude from start. he is trying to have the guilty boys making false statements my son was driving even thou he was asleep and have a witness. we really nedd some advise and help.</p> <p>Outsurance claim friendly and sympathetic assistance and help and that they handle claims without hassles. this last 2 weeks have been complete hell</p>
