Vehicle accident claim ***

<p>This claim was registered with Mr Naidoo, who was very helpful and friendly.</p> <p>Mr Dawid Smith, from the Bloemfontein office, was appointed assessor.</p> <p>Mr Smith visited us, more than 500kms from Bloemfontein, and explained clearly what the possible outcomes could be regarding the claim and made good effort to get it authorized. </p> <p>Mr Smith was of a great help in handling the red tape of obtaining a rental vehicle as well as the picking up of our car. </p> <p>I applaud Outsurance and Mr Smith for excellent service , realizing that the claim could have taken a whole different turn and outcome . </p>
