Vary bad car insurance

I made a claim for my car, they kept it for two months without finding a problem. I paid excess fees and they wanted me to pay extra money at the mechanic for storage. My car was returned in worse condition than it left and it still was not working. I had to pay a local mechanic who fixed the problem in less than two days. The worse part is the excess fees I had to pay for something that was not fixed and the lady I was talking to on the phone was so rude. I canceled my premium for the car with them. If possible stay away!!!
