Valse advertizing - Outsurance dont care about what they advertise and promises made are just broken

Outsurance is always big on advertising - we all know that. So in May 2018 I enquired on a requite on my current shirt term insurance policy. I was assisted quickly and the gentlemen gladly helped. I initially told him that I heard an add on 94.2 stating that if they cant match or better my current premiums they will pay me R400 back and because it was advertised as such on the radio add it stated they will pay out R800 if no claims were submitted. I have been trying to follow up with them when I will be getting my monies as advertised only to find that to date no one is attending to my enquiry. At work we cant access personal calls so it is rather difficult to keep calling and following up. The previous manager that was suppose to sort this out for me has left the company in the interim and I have left numerous messages for outsurance to call back and no one at all calls or cares. Seems they just don't care. So make one wonder if they cant abide by their advert promise then they wont abide by paying my claim when I really need them. Absolute bad business ethics!!
