Usually I hate using an app platform to communicate, but the Outsurance app is so clear and simple to use. I was contacted immediately by a real human, and a contractoer appointed who very quickly sorted out our broken geyser. Outsurance people contacted me regularly, making sure everything was satisfactory. I felt valued and cared for. Outstanding service.
