Using the Outsurance App I completed the details of my claim, then went off to run the Hobie Beach Port Elizabeth parkrun. Within 20 minutes of submitting the details I had 2 missed calls in my phone from Merriam Monnakgotla. When I was able to I rang her. She was professional, polite and knowledgeable, assisting me in knowing that Outsurance cared, and aimed to support me. It transpired that it was actually more financially beneficial to pay for the loss myself than pursue a claim. Nonetheless, Merriam was a pleasure to talk to.
